Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones for construction projects.
  • •Create and manage project schedules, including critical path analysis, sequencing, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to allocate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within scope and budget constraints.
  • •Monitor project progress against schedules and milestones, identify deviations or delays, perform delay analysis as needed, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Support quality, cost control, compliance, and HSE initiatives; maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, progress reports, change orders, minutes) and provide regular status updates.
