Job Summary

Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that improve product cost, quality, and time-to-market. Own end-to-end execution for New Product Development (NPD) through the Stage-Gate process and drive Value Engineering (VE) initiatives focused on cost reduction, design-for-manufacturability, and process optimization. Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans, present decision-ready updates to senior leadership, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
•Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies across teams.
•Manage scope changes and ensure stakeholder alignment before implementation.
•Drive end-to-end NPD execution within the Stage-Gate process from requirements through design, validation, and launch.
•Lead VE projects and workshops to reduce cost, improve quality, optimize processes, and track ROI/business impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.
•3+ years of project management experience in product development, manufacturing, or technical environments.
•PMP or CAPM (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
•Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.
•Knowledge of basic business software (Microsoft Office) and strong technical/analytical skills with attention to detail.
