Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand their banking needs. Recommend deposit and loan products, open new consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and complete service requests including submitting credit applications. Maintain knowledge of consumer/business and digital self-service products, educate clients on emerging tools, and use available resources to deliver accurate, excellent client experiences.
