Job Summary

Build and operate end-to-end ML pipelines, from training and validation through packaging, deployment, and monitoring. Develop scalable batch processing and feature engineering using Apache Spark/PySpark, and deploy real-time models as REST APIs with low-latency performance. Support streaming and ingestion workflows using Kafka-based technologies, and contribute to containerized, CI/CD-driven model delivery using Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Vertex AI.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines from training through deployment and monitoring.
•Use Apache Spark/PySpark to process data at scale for feature engineering and batch inference.
•Deploy real-time machine learning models as REST APIs using HTTP-based serving approaches.
•Implement streaming and near-real-time ingestion workflows using Kafka-related technologies.
•Optimize low-latency inference performance and support containerized deployment with Docker/Kubernetes and ML CI/CD practices.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in Python for ML pipelines, model serving, automation, and framework development.
•Hands-on experience with Apache Spark/PySpark for large-scale data processing, feature engineering, and batch inference.
•Experience building and operating end-to-end ML pipelines including training, validation, packaging, deployment, and monitoring.
•Experience deploying real-time models exposed as REST APIs, with knowledge of HTTP-based serving frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
•Knowledge of streaming technologies such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, Spark Streaming, or Logstash, plus scaling and performance tuning for real-time inference services.
