Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-user and desktop support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices.
•Administer internal infrastructure including Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain Controllers.
•Utilize ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect for ticketing and remote support.
•Lead data and platform migrations (email security, VOIP, on-prem to cloud) and manage deployments from proof-of-concept to production.
•Collaborate with internal infrastructure team to maintain Azure AVD, Entra ID, Intune, and MS Defender, and support the VOIP system.
