Clinical Resource Nurse - ICU (Madinat Zayed Hospital)

Lead nursing practice within the ICU ward/unit by coordinating clinical and operational management during your shift. Ensure effective patient flow, appropriate bed allocation, and staffing aligned to patient acuity. Support quality nursing documentation, patient safety goals, infection control, and incident reporting. Collaborate across disciplines, chair or co-chair interdisciplinary committees as needed, and support evidence-based practice, performance improvement, and staff development.
