Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, with a portfolio showing ownership across the full product lifecycle.
  • •Use core UX methods including user research, synthesizing insights, creating user flows, information architecture, and producing wireframes/prototypes.
  • •Deliver interaction and visual design within and contributing to existing design systems, including responsive, mobile-first experiences.
  • •Proficiency in Figma and FigJam for design and collaboration.
  • •Incorporate AI into the design process (e.g., Claude Code) to speed prototyping and iterate on ideas.
