Job Summary

Serve as Chief of Staff to the VP, Manufacturing for the Austin, TX campus, acting as a trusted advisor and force multiplier. Own the VP’s operating rhythm, represent the VP in cross-functional forums, and drive site-wide (and select worldwide) manufacturing project and program objectives. Lead project/program phases, ensure process improvements are documented and communicated, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and corporate teams to translate strategy into executable plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Chief of Staff to the VP, Manufacturing for the Austin, TX campus, acting as a trusted advisor and force multiplier across priorities.
•Manage the VP’s operating rhythm, including meeting cadence, quarterly business reviews, all-hands meetings, and leadership offsites with follow-up tracking.
•Drive strategic site-wide and select worldwide manufacturing project and program objectives, including outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
•Lead assigned site-wide projects and programs across all phases, focusing on specifications, costs, resource utilization, and on-time completion.
•Draft executive communications and take ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives that lack a clear owner.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 176,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in project/program management or equivalent leadership experience, including operating in a chief of staff, executive support, or comparable cross-functional leadership capacity.
•Demonstrated success operating in a matrixed organization.
•Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or related technical field preferred); master’s degree preferred.
•10+ years of experience, ideally within a semiconductor, manufacturing, or operations environment, including support of senior executives and/or leading cross-functional programs.
