Key Responsibilities

  • •Use company estimating systems, tools, and procedures to produce cost documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar cost estimation role.
  • •Strong knowledge of architecture, structural engineering, and roadworks, including earthworks quantity calculations.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings, and understand construction technology and organization.
  • •Experience with cost estimating software such as Norma Pro or Norma Expert.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; proficiency in technical English is essential.
