Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing equipment performance through electrical and mechanical diagnostics for non-functioning equipment.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, install, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, and technical documentation.
  • •Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance; coordinate with equipment suppliers for service and repairs as needed.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and interpret equipment/performance data to improve tool reliability, availability, and module performance; document failures and update/create equipment specifications.
  • •Partner with Module Engineering on experiments, equipment configuration changes, data collection, and data-driven troubleshooting; collaborate during factory ramps for tool installation, conversion, and qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in a technical field with 2+ years of equipment maintenance (or related) experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in a relevant technical environment.
  • •High School Diploma/GED plus 4+ years of military technical experience, or 2+ years of equipment maintenance in a closely related technical field, or 3+ years of technical/trade certification experience.
  • •Experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • •Proficiency using hand tools, electrical meters, and calibration tools.
  • •Ability to follow documented procedures with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
