Job Summary

Join a London-based Global Broking Centre as a North American Property Broker to coordinate and contribute to marketing and negotiation of Lloyd’s and Company Market business. You’ll review submissions, lead quotes, present terms to clients, maintain market sheets, and support benchmarking and placement for US property clients within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and contribute to the marketing and negotiation of Lloyd’s and Company Market business on a day-to-day basis
•Lead quote broking and follow market broking; review and present terms to clients and networks
•Record broking activity in market sheets and provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
•Manage client meetings and respond to client/Account queries; ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework and mandatory training
•Develop and maintain pipeline in line with Aon UK policies and risk management practices

Key Requirements

•Interpret and use data effectively with strong analytical skills
•Sound understanding of London's insurance market dynamics and core processes, with regional exposure to US/Caribbean markets
•Technical insurance knowledge across Global Property markets
•Experience using insurance industry IT systems to deliver client service
•Proven ability to manage client relationships, problem-solving skills, and effective communication and presentation abilities
