Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and contribute to the marketing and negotiation of Lloyd’s and Company Market business on a day-to-day basis
  • •Lead quote broking and follow market broking; review and present terms to clients and networks
  • •Record broking activity in market sheets and provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
  • •Manage client meetings and respond to client/Account queries; ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework and mandatory training
  • •Develop and maintain pipeline in line with Aon UK policies and risk management practices

Key Requirements

  • •Interpret and use data effectively with strong analytical skills
  • •Sound understanding of London's insurance market dynamics and core processes, with regional exposure to US/Caribbean markets
  • •Technical insurance knowledge across Global Property markets
  • •Experience using insurance industry IT systems to deliver client service
  • •Proven ability to manage client relationships, problem-solving skills, and effective communication and presentation abilities
