Build and maintain client relationships for consumer and business banking through in-person, appointment, and virtual outreach. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions that fit each client’s goals. Provide an excellent client experience by handling basic transactions, opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications while educating customers on digital and self-service tools.
