Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP platforms, including D365 and M3.
  • •Ensure master data records are accurate, complete, and consistent.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and validate data relationships to maintain data quality standards.
  • •Perform data cleansing activities such as identifying and removing duplicate, obsolete, or inaccurate records.
  • •Manage tickets and requests through ServiceNow, One CRM, and other support platforms, and support business/IT stakeholders with master data guidance.
