Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate injection mold machines and ensure proper, safe packaging and staging of finished product for shipment
  • •Follow good manufacturing practices and safety rules, including correct use of required personal protective equipment
  • •Understand and troubleshoot injection molding process parameters, including performing cold starts and setting machine conditions to meet production standards
  • •Detect and correct quality problems; notify Lead, Quality and Shift Technician as needed
  • •Support mold changes/set-ups and assist blow mold machine operators and other team members; perform daily clean-up and maintain housekeeping

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED
  • •Previous blow mold or injection mold training/experience preferred, or experience in manufacturing processes with demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • •High attention to detail and product/process quality, including ability to recognize and understand numbers and values for accurate database entry
  • •Ability to visually and mentally make priority judgment calls in a fast-paced production environment
  • •Must be willing to work any shift and overtime as required
