Job Summary

Serve as the onshore, customer-facing functional lead for Oracle NetSuite Manufacturing and Supply Chain solutions. Configure and support NetSuite Manufacturing, Purchase Order, Order Management, and Inventory capabilities, and lead requirements gathering, design validation, and configuration decisions. Coordinate with offshore delivery teammates, run client workshops and UAT, manage approvals/workflows via SuiteFlow, perform CSV-based data migrations, and deliver end-user training and runbooks to Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary onshore functional lead for NetSuite Manufacturing and Supply Chain, gathering requirements and validating designs with client Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse stakeholders.
•Configure and support NetSuite Manufacturing, Purchase Order, Order Management, and Inventory capabilities, including MRP integration and fulfillment/exception handling.
•Set up and administer SuiteFlow approval workflows for purchase orders, sales orders, and manufacturing work orders, coordinating procure-to-pay and order-to-cash process integration with Finance.
•Lead client workshops, process walkthroughs, and UAT for manufacturing and supply chain workstreams, serving as the escalation point for offshore team queries.
•Coordinate offshore delivery execution daily, including assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, managing data migration via CSV imports, developing test scripts, and delivering end-user training and runbooks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Oracle NetSuite functional experience with at least two full-cycle implementations as Functional Lead, focused on Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.
•5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Manufacturing expertise (Work Orders, BOM, Routings, WIP, Assembly Builds, MRP, production scheduling).
•3+ years of hands-on NetSuite Purchase Order experience (requisitions, vendor management, PO approvals, receipts, landed costs).
•3+ years of solid NetSuite Order Management configuration experience (sales orders, fulfillment, returns/RMA, drop shipment).
•Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent; SuiteFlow workflow and CSV migration experience is also required.
