Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.
  • •2+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • •Demonstrated ability to execute detailed plans and playbooks while adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • •Strong communication skills to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams, escalate issues, and provide clear status updates.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
