Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain a list of future programs and work cross functionally to manage investment choice-points including analysis, prioritization and recommendations to senior management
•Lead OPS special projects, align business insights with key strategic partners on future programs and investigate new business models
•Lead cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution OPS portfolio plans and associated initiatives
•Influence the customer segmentation, partner to generate customer insights and develop strategies at a global scale focused on different customer segments
•Partner with GTM senior management to strengthen relationships and drive sales
•Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees to ensure realization of operational and strategic plans

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,700 - 192,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
•Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing or product design
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and portfolio planning initiatives
•Strong knowledge of analytics, go-to-market strategies, and market research
•Experience applying AI insights to drive business results
