Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead upstream design and planning for digital workplace projects, including grand design formulation and requirements definition.
  • •Provide pre-sales support, scope alignment, and proposal creation, including cost and schedule estimations.
  • •Drive end-to-end project execution from design to migration and stabilization, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • •Propose and implement solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure to meet client needs.
  • •Manage client negotiations and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
