Key Responsibilities

•Lead multiple project teams of designers and partners through all stages of industrial design and development for complex products, including design architecture, language, validation, and specifications
•Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced partners on industrial design and development
•Review and evaluate designs for compliance with guidelines and standards, providing tangible feedback to improve product quality and user experience
•Manage implementation schedules by coordinating timelines with internal project managers and external partners
•Provide domain-specific industrial design leadership and contribute to cross-functional projects and programs

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related discipline; commensurate work experience acceptable
•7-10 years of experience in industrial design and hardware product development
•Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD tools (SolidWorks)
•Experience with UX/UI and product design methods
•Strong project management and mentoring skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams
