Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the construction supervision team for major infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
  • •Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
  • •Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and government authorities to resolve technical and contractual issues.
  • •Prepare and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • •Oversee QA/QC and HSE compliance on-site.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 20 years of experience in construction supervision of roads, bridges, highways, and tunnels.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC in a consultancy role.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects per Saudi Arabian standards (MOT, Aramco, or other authorities).
  • •Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
