Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize fab production capacity in the photo area through weekly performance reviews, risk identification, Max-Out, and company-wide standard alignment.
  • •Manage and optimize photo area capacity, contributing to reducing Max-Out, Pull-in, and TIQ.
  • •Align photo PM and maintenance strategies to support capacity and performance goals.
  • •Identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC methodology.
  • •Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization and manage/audit/liaise with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • •Leverage AI (as part of the role).
  • •Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related problems using methods such as failure analysis and FMEA.
  • •Experience applying structured problem-solving approaches such as 8D and/or SPC in a manufacturing/process setting.
