Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in all aspects of KeyBank’s Commercial DACA program, including solution consulting, onboarding, monitoring/review of agreement language, billing, servicing, and risk reviews.
  • •Support the DACA Product Manager with new and existing payment products, processes, and services and identify product and process gaps.
  • •Partner with legal/vendor and the DACA Product Manager to help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and evolving business and client needs.
  • •Perform ad-hoc research and resolve daily issues and data/reporting requests, including finding remediation and handling regulatory requests.
  • •Prepare monthly risk and operational reports, conduct initial analysis with the Product Manager, and help forecast and measure performance impacts on client experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred); master’s degree in business administration (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required).
  • •1+ years of experience in operations, client resolution, risk management, or legal support (required) or 1+ years in a payments/commercial rotational program (required).
  • •Understanding of commercial treasury banking products and services (required).
  • •Demonstrated risk management and critical thinking to analyze data and mitigate risks in product operations and compliance.
  • •Proficiency in Excel for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
