Job Summary

Join Airbus’s SAP FI/SD support team to provide incident and functional/technical support for S/4 HANA SAP solutions, covering AR/AP and Travel Expenses across 80+ legal entities. You’ll analyze incidents, reproduce issues, coordinate with HQ/development teams, manage SAP-FI/SD customizations, and drive process improvements while interfacing with multiple SAP/non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Be a key contributor of Airbus SAP FI/SD SAP Systems support team for incident and functional/technical requests.
•Collect incidents through ticketing system, prioritize and reproduce issues, proposing and applying solutions; coordinate with HQ or development teams when needed.
•Handle functional & technical support requests (interface monitoring, how-to guidance) and resolve interface issues between SAP and non-SAP systems with subject-matter experts.
•Analyze end-user requests, design, customize, test and deliver SAP FI/CO adaptations; participate in integration test phases.
•Ensure quality of the support process and update SAP FI/SD product documentation; propose improvements to processes or tooling.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Finance / IT.
•Good understanding of Business Processes in the Finance area (P2P, O2C, T&E).
•Basic technical skills: data extraction, files exchanges, SAP database knowledge, interfaces with cloud solutions…
•Ability to understand, navigate within a complex application architecture
•Basic knowledge on SAP FI/SD customizing
