Lead the system engineering delivery for a missile electronics project, coordinating upstream and downstream activities with the Engineering Delivery Manager, developing and tailoring the system engineering plan, ensuring coherence of requirements across capabilities, and guiding a cross-functional team to deliver on time, cost, quality and performance.
