Manage and grow a business banking portfolio by overseeing renewal, annual credit reviews, and ongoing portfolio monitoring to maintain strong credit quality. Analyze financial statements and borrower performance to evaluate loan requests, recommend appropriate structures, and present credit recommendations for approval. Partner with relationship managers and credit teams to support client needs and business growth, proactively address credit concerns and past-due accounts, and maintain compliance with bank and regulatory requirements while mentoring team members.
