Key Responsibilities

  • •Support projects in-country and/or regionally to advise political leaders on strategy, policy and delivery with technology as an enabler across all three dimensions.
  • •Develop research, analysis, and written deliverables for clients and senior leadership within TBI.
  • •Engage with client counterparts to understand requirements and participate in presentations of deliverables.
  • •Innovate and develop tools (e.g., project dashboards, frameworks, and trackers) to enable efficient programme management and delivery.
  • •Take a hands-on role in opportunity scoping and relationship building, including preparing presentations for new country clients and senior government officials.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting, advisory, or a comparable environment, with exposure to strategy development and implementation.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to structure complex questions using quantitative and qualitative evidence and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects, managing multiple workstreams and priorities while maintaining high quality, pace, and attention to detail.
  • •Strong client and stakeholder skills, with judgment to build trusted relationships, navigate complex organizations, and engage effectively with senior counterparts.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complexity, develop clear narratives, and communicate with both senior and non-technical audiences.
