Floor Care Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

Perform floor maintenance across a portfolio of Citizens Bank sites, including stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of multiple floor types. Execute scheduled work orders (twice yearly) and provide backup coverage for janitorial areas when needed. Operate floor machines and extractors, maintain upholstery and flooring standards, communicate professionally with internal colleagues and customers, and close out work orders using a computerized system via cellphone or iPad.
