Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete floor maintenance duties including stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning across assigned facilities
  • •Use floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize flooring and upholstery (e.g., chairs and cubicle walls)
  • •Travel within a designated route/radius to service multiple sites
  • •Maintain floors and upholstery in assigned facilities and execute normal cleaning tasks and special projects when janitorial staff coverage is needed
  • •Close out work orders after completion using a Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone, iPad, or computer access

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a floor cleaning role
  • •Ability to provide normal cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning) when janitorial coverage is needed
  • •Proven customer service experience and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • •Ability to communicate in English (including reading and writing)
  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and ascend/descend stairs
