Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • •Contribute to architecture and design decisions, including API design, database schema modeling, and system integrations.
  • •Lead technical projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
  • •Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize scalability and speed, troubleshoot production issues, and support CI/CD and DevOps automation with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on development and design experience.
  • •Experience with Java, NodeJs, Typescript, React, and scripting languages (Python, Shell, Kotlin).
  • •Hands-on AWS experience including Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, EC2, AppFlows, StepFunctions, and Kinesis.
  • •Experience with database design and frameworks including DynamoDB and PostgreSQL, plus unit testing with JUnit and Mockito.
  • •Knowledge of Terraform and serverless architecture, and the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies; leadership and coaching experience is a plus.
