Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors while representing the customer experience end-to-end. You’ll load and unload vehicles using Carvana haulers, inspect equipment to keep deliveries safe, complete customer paperwork, and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record and follow Carvana CMV Driver Qualification requirements. The role includes an 11 am–9 pm shift and requires physical activity in indoor/outdoor conditions.
