Key Responsibilities

  • •Run automated insertion and/or pick and place equipment for printed circuit board assemblies under supervision and written procedures.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including preventative maintenance per the machine manufacturer’s schedule.
  • •Maintain records for all manufactured product and support QMS by meeting quality objectives.
  • •Assist in major machine maintenance and repairs; assist in development and implementation of insertion/pick-and-place procedures.
  • •Develop auto insertion/pick-and-place machine programs and edit existing programs as required by ECO changes.
