Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct post-visit reviews of in-home appointments to confirm labs, documentation, and required paperwork were completed accurately and on time.
  • •Monitor and track lab results and imaging reports through Quest and other clinical applications, identifying missing or incomplete items.
  • •Follow up with labs, providers, and internal teams to locate missing results/notes/documentation and resolve gaps within SLAs.
  • •Upload, organize, and manage clinical documents accurately and timely while maintaining HIPAA compliance when handling PHI.
  • •Escalate clinical concerns or documentation gaps and support outbound patient outreach calls and process improvements as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical healthcare environment (e.g., patient care coordinator or similar).
  • •Working knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy standards, and common medical terminology.
  • •Experience reviewing or tracking lab results and clinical documentation/medical records.
  • •Experience communicating with doctors’ offices, hospitals, labs, and clinics by phone and email to resolve missing information.
  • •Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
