Key Responsibilities

•Attain production goals by monitoring the production plan, supply of materials, production process, and real-time performance.
•Assign tasks to the right employees considering their characteristics to maintain overall production efficiency.
•Ensure work proceeds in compliance with job instructions and standards and identify potential defects early.
•Guide employees with proper work methods and provide education to enhance their ability.
•Find unreasonable factors or risks on site and lead improvement activities to raise productivity and quality.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related roles.
•Experience assigning tasks to employees, managing performance, and ensuring adherence to job instructions and standards.
•Strong knowledge of production planning, material supply, and real-time production monitoring.
•Experience in educating and coaching staff to improve abilities and work methods.
•Ability to identify risks and lead process improvement activities to raise productivity and quality.
