Build and scale strategic, long-term partnerships with healthcare payer and provider executives across the Eastern/Central U.S. Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements while identifying new growth opportunities, shaping deals, and expanding NTT DATA’s footprint. Manage a $5M+ portfolio with targets for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and account performance, balancing utilization and delivery excellence while coaching team members and supporting leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with healthcare payer/provider clients through continuous engagement.
•Oversee end-to-end delivery of client engagements while identifying and driving new business opportunities and expansion initiatives.
•Manage a $5M+ portfolio, driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall account performance.
•Develop and execute account and business plans to achieve growth targets and expand client relationships.
•Lead the deal-shaping process and engage C-suite/senior leaders while maintaining a 50% utilization target and coaching team members.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in the professional services industry.
•15+ years of proven success in account or client management roles.
•8+ years of experience managing P&L, financial oversight, and deal structuring.
•8+ years of experience leading and developing delivery teams.
•Ability to travel 25%+ as needed and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
