Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and continuously develop the modification initial set-up process for Airbus, Boeing, engines, and components, ensuring timely implementation of applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) in Ultramain (UM).
  • •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Aircraft and Supplemental Maintenance Programs (AMP and SMP) to optimize maintenance execution efficiency.
  • •Manage OEM and manufacturer relationships (Airbus, Boeing, engine manufacturers) to incorporate issues into revisions of Maintenance Planning Data (MPD) and Maintenance Review Board Report (MRBR); define internal SLAs.
  • •Assess and validate maintenance-related tasks (SEWC, AMP, SMP, Engineering Orders) to meet OEM and/or regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Investigate and resolve escalated issues, develop corrective actions, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Aeronautical subjects (Mechanical, Avionics, Electronic, Technical Engineering), or holder of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Licence.
  • •5+ years of experience in Engineering Maintenance Planning and Programmes/Aircraft Maintenance, including substantial experience in maintenance planning and/or technical services with supervisory/managerial experience.
  • •Good knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry and related computer systems.
