Oversee the technical brewing process from grain to glass, driving continuous improvement and leading product initiatives across Production; support and develop Production Teams to maintain world-class standards, while managing projects and new technologies to enhance site performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own departmental loss targets and material budgets, driving cost-reduction initiatives and ensuring CapEx/OpEx projects are delivered to standard and on time.
•Build technical capability across Production Teams through hands-on coaching and the creation of robust Standard Operating Procedures to drive daily performance excellence.
•Champion a lean, continuous-improvement culture by coaching teams in effective root-cause analysis and leading CI initiatives that deliver measurable results.
•Foster strong cross-functional relationships through clear communication and collaboration, ensuring consistent performance standards across the site.
•Act as a visible role model for Health, Safety and Environmental excellence, driving site-wide engagement and compliance.
