Develop and maintain regulatory reporting software using Java, Scala, and Python to support global disclosures. Build data pipelines, dashboards in Power BI, and automate regulatory templates in Axiom/Suade, collaborating with Finance and Control Functions on data quality and process improvements. Participate in all SDLC stages, drive architecture discussions, and apply CI/CD practices in a regulatory tech context.

Job Function: Quality & Regulatory (Non-Software)

Key Responsibilities

•Consolidate data sourcing, integration, and verification across Control Functions to ensure consistent, controlled, and auditable outputs.
•Onboard and configure Axiom solution templates for regulatory reports (e.g., 14A DFAST, SEC FOCUS , Brazil DLO, SPED ), including mapping, validation, and deployment support.
•Analyze platform hygiene and DevOps gaps and define a prioritized remediation plan (standards, CI/CD, monitoring, environment controls).
•Implement and optimize business logic and data transformations using Scala/Spark (with testing and performance considerations).
•Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs (data quality, reconciliations, SLA/operational metrics) with reliable refreshes.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in Regulatory Reporting tool Axiom or Suade
•3+ years software development experience in Scala/Spark (Java)
•Database experience such as SQL, RDBMS platform like Snowflake DB (preferred), Postgres
•Python scripting
•Experience with PowerBI
