Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify applicable new laws and regulations and advise business partners, including senior management, on impacts to HR compliance programs.
  • •Lead HR compliance programs including background checks and personal relationship disclosures, and act as a contact point for HR compliance inquiries.
  • •Establish written guidance (policies, procedures, manuals, codes of conduct, practice guidelines) for implementing HR compliance requirements.
  • •Identify and measure HR compliance risks, enhance risk assessments, and guide management on policies/procedures to minimize significant risks.
  • •Perform government agency reporting and HR compliance analysis and metrics reporting; lead initiatives as a project lead and subject matter expert.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience, preferably in HR Compliance or risk management, or equivalent related experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of employment regulations and local laws, acquired through formal education and work experience.
  • •Strong analytical and dashboard reporting skills, including advanced Excel and knowledge of MS suite applications.
  • •Communication skills to consult with partners and clients and analyze information to apply regulations.
