Job Summary

Own technical strategy and drive adoption for Snowflake’s existing enterprise accounts in South Korea, partnering closely with Account Executives. Design tailored demos and POCs, align workloads/use cases to business goals, and validate value through successful pilots. Collaborate cross-functionally and with SIs/partners to integrate solutions, translate customer feedback into product needs, and represent Snowflake through executive briefings and technical thought leadership for Manufacturing and Hi-Tech customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead technical expansion strategy across Snowflake’s existing customer portfolio in South Korea.
•Connect customer business goals to Snowflake AI Data Cloud workloads and use cases across business lines.
•Design solution demos and technical narratives tailored to customer architectures and use cases.
•Lead POCs/pilots by defining success criteria and execution plans, validating platform value and minimizing decision risks.
•Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and partners (SIs/ISVs/cloud partners) to integrate solutions and share customer feedback for product roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in customer-facing solution engineering.
•Strong understanding of the modern data stack, including ETL/ELT, data warehouses and data lakes, data science, generative AI, and data apps.
•Ability to communicate and present effectively to both technical teams and executives, from whiteboard sessions to structured demos.
•Hands-on expertise with SQL and Spark.
•Business-level English speaking, reading, and writing required.
