Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely manipulate tire/rim assemblies on loaders, forklifts, tractors, trailers, and other equipment.
  • •Identify tires needing replacement based on normal/abnormal wear and/or damage.
  • •Follow proper procedures to mount/dismount tires and install them correctly on equipment.
  • •Document equipment IDs, mileage readings, part numbers, tire/part usage, and labor hours on log sheets and work orders.
  • •Perform service calls on equipment at remote locations away from the garage.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ months of work history in the past 6 months.
  • •Safely recognize and document equipment ID numbers, mileage readings, signage, and part numbers on log sheets/work orders.
  • •Ability to mount/dismount tires and install properly on equipment, including handling 200 lb tire/wheel assemblies (with mechanical assistance) for 12-hour shifts and pushing/pulling up to 75 lbs.
  • •Valid driver’s license; safety-toed footwear; willing and able to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • •18 years of age or older and must pass an MVR check with no DUI/DWI convictions within the last 12 months.
