Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate weekly employee and departmental move activities.
  • •Validate space readiness by confirming occupancy requirements, furniture placement, infrastructure needs, and move schedules prior to execution.
  • •Support planning and execution of project-related relocations, including office, laboratory, and operational moves.
  • •Coordinate cleanout/turnover of vacated spaces and assist decommissioning and decontamination for laboratory relocation projects.
  • •Track move schedules, milestones, and deliverables; maintain move documentation and reporting metrics; identify risks/conflicts and escalate issues; provide post-move hyper-care support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Experience coordinating workplace moves, relocations, facilities projects, MAC programs, or workplace services activities.
  • •Strong project coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) and strong attention to detail/customer-service orientation.
