Small Business Relationship Manager - Milwaukee, WI

Manage and grow a portfolio of complex small business clients by serving as the primary relationship point of contact. Prospect for new clients, conduct discovery to understand goals and credit needs, and recommend solutions across loans, deposits, and cash management. Structure client-aligned financial strategies, monitor portfolio performance and credit quality, and partner with underwriting and internal teams to deliver timely reporting and strong outcomes. Includes community relationship building and 50–70% field activity in the assigned territory.
