Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform factory-authorized maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products
  • •Troubleshoot and repair engines, electrical systems, suspensions, transmissions, and drivetrains to Harley-Davidson factory standards
  • •Complete performance tuning, custom upgrades, and accessory installations with expert-level precision
  • •Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure motorcycles meet Harley-Davidson factory specifications and safety requirements
  • •Execute warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs per Harley-Davidson guidelines, ensuring proper documentation and quality standards

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate of MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute), UTI motorcycle program, or equivalent formal motorcycle technician training

  • •Valid motorcycle endorsement on driver’s license
  • •Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening
