Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with team members to evaluate profit goals and lead distribution/prioritization rules against key metrics.
  • •Consult operational leadership and stakeholders to translate business insights into system solutions and business rules.
  • •Collaborate with IT and CRM teams to improve CRM capabilities through enhancements and configuration.
  • •Run moderate statistical models and analyze internal/external information to support product feasibility and executive-level reporting.
  • •Prepare dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses while ensuring business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled under risk/compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience leveraging data and providing requirements to data teams.
  • •Knowledge of product-related regulations and compliance requirements, including HMDA, TILA/REG Z, RESPA, FDPA, Reg B, and SCRA.
  • •Extensive mortgage industry experience, including mortgage origination, servicing, and underwriting.
  • •Advanced experience administering and managing CRM platforms (preferred: Velocify and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
