•Provide data-driven recommendations to maximize customer engagement and growth and upsell/renewal opportunities.
•Stay ahead of ecommerce trends and maintain expert knowledge of Postscript’s product and the broader ecommerce landscape.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 117,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS, marketing, or ecommerce technology.

•Proven understanding of ecommerce businesses, marketing strategies, and industry trends (e-commerce experience strongly preferred).
