Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and adapt to Salesforce security strategies to improve security posture.
  • •Lead architecture and design of a scalable, secure data platform ingesting and processing security data across 10+ platforms and 15+ environments.
  • •Build and optimize data pipelines to collect, store, and analyze security signals from scanners, asset systems, identity/access systems, and cloud/vendor environments.
  • •Integrate AI/ML and LLM-driven capabilities (RAG, agentic triage/remediation, anomaly detection, risk scoring) with evals, guardrails, and cost/latency tradeoffs.
  • •Provide technical leadership to a team: code reviews, mentoring, and Agile participation; deliver new features and champion secure practices (including secure AI/agent design).

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of industry experience for MTS, including 2+ years in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS development.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Expertise in distributed systems and data engineering, including high-availability, fault-tolerant systems.
  • •Proficiency with Docker-based development (especially EKS) and configuration management/IaC systems (Terraform, Puppet).
  • •Experience with data technologies (Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL) and production AI/ML integration (RAG/agentic frameworks, evals/observability).
