Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice on data protection matters under global frameworks such as the GDPR.
  • •Deliver expert, risk-based privacy guidance to the business on new products, initiatives, and operational changes.
  • •Support privacy contracting and risk management, including drafting and negotiating DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements, and privacy due diligence for third parties and M&A contexts.
  • •Support data mapping, documentation of data processing activities, and performance of data protection impact assessments.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy and data protection policies, notices, and internal procedures, and support investigations or proceedings with data protection authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 3 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in law (or comparable).
  • •Certified expertise on EU privacy laws (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) is a plus.
  • •Excellent English; Polish, Spanish, or German is a plus.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions.
