Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs.
  • •Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs using benchmark data to assess estimate accuracy.
  • •Advise clients on capital planning strategies and provide insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term planning.
  • •Support procurement activities such as vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, bid leveling, and bid interview facilitation.
  • •Establish cost reporting schedules, present cost reports/forecasts, and maintain a commercial risk register with periodic review meetings.

  • •Bachelors and/or Masters degree.
