Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day project execution activities for assigned projects or program elements.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary activities involving architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, security, and specialty systems.
•Review design documents and identify stakeholder, operational, utility, access, and coordination requirements necessary to support construction activities.
•Facilitate issue resolution among designers, contractors, stakeholders, and project teams.
•Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers, assistant project managers, and project support staff.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
•Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience delivering complex vertical construction projects.
•Minimum 5 years in a project leadership role supporting design and construction delivery.
•Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders on complex capital projects.
•Demonstrated ability to review construction documents and identify coordination requirements necessary to support project execution.
