Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain annual budgets, monthly budgets, and rolling forecasts across channels, brands, and stores.
  • •Track performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior year; identify key risks and opportunities and prepare monthly P&L variance analysis.
  • •Prepare monthly management reporting packs and presentations for leadership meetings, supporting business reviews.
  • •Partner with accounting during month-end close, including accruals and analytical reviews, and provide ad hoc decision support.
  • •Improve financial models and automate recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools; support ERP/BI enhancements and ensure accurate financial master data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •CIMA, ACCA, CA, or CFA (qualified or part-qualified) is preferred.
  • •5–8 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, preferably with 2–3 years in retail.
  • •Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • •Hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics (or similar ERP) is required/advantageous.
