Senior Engineering Manager, Voice and Video

Lead Twilio’s Voice Media engineering team to shape the technical strategy and architecture for core, real-time media infrastructure at global scale. You’ll manage senior engineers building a next-generation media processing stack handling billions of streams, drive low-latency/high-throughput decisions, and ensure reliability, quality, and performance under strict SLOs. Partner with product and platform teams, mentor engineers, and improve operational excellence while balancing technical debt and feature delivery.
